Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel upah X1 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan Y dengan nilai 0,131 dan variabel upah kerja X2 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Y dengan nilai 0,001.
